Debris Cleanup - front of property, driveways, sidewalks and street
Q: Why South Coast Contractors?
A: We Specialize in Insurance Reconstruction and Claim Support Representing You, the Insured.
Insurance losses differ greatly from general construction. At "SCC" we have a twenty year concentration in Property Claims & Loss Resolution.
Our comprehensive process is three-fold:
1. We communicate with you as the property owner.
When we say "you - as the property owner", we meant just that. Too often contractors equate agreeing on a figure and swinging the hammer as the sum total of their task. We believe it is our responsibility to ask the right questions, provide choices, and discuss the options. It is only through the dialogue and discovery that accurate reconstruction can be achieved.
2. We communicate with your insurance company
Experience has taught us that the adjustment process is critical to the overall success of your project. The skill (or lack of it) brought to the table during research, valuation and presentation on your behalf makes all the difference in the world in negotiating the rebuilding and settlement process of your claim.
3. We communicate with our technicians and crew
Only when steps one and two have been followed can we properly monitor on-site progress. From conception to final inspection, each trade and professional service is coordinated on a timeline for their particular task. Rough materials conducive to code requirements and finish materials relative to the property owner's choice are brought to the job-site in an organized manner. Each aspect of work is followed up from brought through final inspection until full completion and satisfaction is accomplished.
Accredidations:
South Coast Contractors is fully insured and licensed with the California State Contractors License Board. We are also certified in asbestos awareness training as required by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Remember... Insurance policy provisions protect the property owner by allowing you to select an independent insurance contractor of your choice.
